These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpotOn platform ("Service") operated by SpotOn / City Nightlife Network ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SpotOn, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them in full.

2. The Service

SpotOn provides a platform that allows venue owners (bars, clubs, restaurants, lounges) to list their business and be discovered by users searching for nightlife and dining options in their area. We do not guarantee any specific level of traffic, visibility, or revenue.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

SpotOn offers paid subscription plans for venue owners:

All new subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your selected plan will be billed automatically. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charge.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Only one free trial is permitted per person, business, or payment method. We reserve the right to revoke trial access if we detect abuse.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@citynightlife.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

6. Venue Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of your venue listing. By submitting listing content (names, descriptions, photos, hours), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on our platform. You must not submit false, misleading, or infringing content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
